Get Involved
A big part of what we hope to achieve with Wild Swimming Australia is connecting people and getting them collectively excited about swimming outdoors. We would love you to become part of our wild swimming community.
As we are still in our early stages and we have over 1000 swimming holes in our database which will be added over the coming months. Here are some ways you can keep up to date with developments:
- Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and keep up to date with new wild swimming locations;
- Subscribe to our newsletter below and comment on blog posts;
- Comment on any spots you have visited at the bottom of the location page for that spot.
Soon we plan to add a personal account feature to the website so that people can connect with other swimmers in their area and log the swimming holes they have swum at. You will also be able to share information about swimming holes with other users through our forum, as well as get involved in discussions about anything from river conservation to wild swimming meet-ups and events.
This is a resource for anyone and everyone who likes their swimming experience to be a little bit wild and so we completely welcome your feedback and ideas on how we can make the website more useful and functional for you. Use the contact form or comment on Facebook to let us know what you think.
